Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

At Fest Fashion India, we aim to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. To make your shopping journey stress-free, we have implemented a "Customer Care Protection Program" that ensures your satisfaction is our priority. We’re here to assist you every step of the way, from browsing to delivery. Please take a moment to review our policies below.

For any exchange requests or inquiries, kindly reach out to us at info@festfashionindia.com, and our team will respond within 48-72 working hours.

For Domestic Customers

1. Size or Product Exchange:
If the size isn’t a perfect fit or you wish to exchange the product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing info@festfashionindia.com. If a reverse pickup service is available in your location, we will arrange the pickup for you. The replacement product will be dispatched once we receive the returned item.

Please Note:
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to ship the product back to us, ensuring your name and mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package.
  • Exchanges are offered only for size adjustments. Product exchanges for different designs or colors are currently not permitted.
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are non-exchangeable.
2. Return Policy:
At Fest Fashion India, we do not accept returns once the product has been sold. All purchases are considered final unless there is a defect in the product.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a product that is damaged or if the wrong item has been delivered, please inform us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement at the earliest with the quickest available shipping service. Rest assured, all products undergo a rigorous three-step quality check before dispatch, but if there’s an issue, we will rectify it promptly.

4. When Exchanges Are Not Accepted:

Color Variations: Slight color differences (up to 10%) may occur due to variations in screen resolution and lighting. We do not accept exchanges based on minor color variations.
Material Preferences: We carefully describe the fabric and quality of each product in detail. Exchanges will not be accepted if a customer is dissatisfied with the material or color after delivery.
Customized Orders: Any products that have been customized specifically for the customer are not eligible for exchange.

5. Cancellations by Domestic Customers:
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not possible. We recommend reviewing your order thoroughly before confirming the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

For International Customers

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If your order arrives damaged or the wrong product is delivered, please contact us at info@festfashionindia.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please include clear photographs of the damaged item(s) in your email, and we’ll provide a resolution as soon as possible.

2. Exchange Policy:
International customers can request an exchange following the same guidelines as domestic customers. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing info@festfashionindia.com.

Please Note:
International customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes levied on their purchases by local authorities. These charges are not covered by Fest Fashion India.

3. Cancellations by International Customers:
Unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed once an international order has been placed. However, you may exchange the product for another size or style by contacting us.
